1. Material used should be based on the N.D.C.A. syllabus and the Fred Astaire and Arthur Murray social step list. International is restricted to the I.S.T.D. syllabus. 2. The categories listed below are for ProAm and Amateur Freestyles only.

3. Age Divisions: Based on the satus of the amateur only

Pre-Teen (12 & Under) Junior = 13-15 Youth = 16-18 A = 19-34 B = 35-49 C = 50-65  D = 66-75 E = 76 & Over

4. You can enter in your age division and/or a younger division. 5. Newcomers and Closed Pre-Bronze are open to students who have not competed in any type of ballroom competition. A student may enter this category only once. 6. No continuity style in Closed Bronze allowed.
