19. Refund Policy:
A. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to the event (6-16-2003).
B. Cancellations taken at the event cannot be substituted for another entry. No refund will be made for such cancellations.
C. Refunds due that meet the cancellation deadline of June 16, 2003 will be made following the competition weekend. There will be a $50.00 processing fee.

20. To enter the Senior 3-Dance event, you must be 50 years of age or over.

The organizers of this competition and the NDCA are not responsible for the loss or theft of articles left in the changing rooms, ballroom, or hotel rooms.  The organizers and the NDCA will not be held liable for injuries sustained by persons attending this event, whether as spectators, officials, competitors, or guests of the organizer. Everyone who attends does so at his or her own risk.
